you can do that much better.. its gold but.. you still make some mistakes, like if you slow down in some corners you will have minimum-ondersteer and that gives you some speed-bonusses when you exit the corner. If you keep trying. you will simply get 1:08 or 1:09. believe me

It is because this is not the main stream game. Gran Turismo Concept 2002 Tokyo-Geneva was the third game in celebration of various car shows. It uses the same game engine as Gran Turismo 3 but isn't intended for die-hard fan.
