enjoyed your talk and agreed with most points except the one about academic transcript and character. To base a persons character on their grades is perhaps a little presumptuous especially when each person's situation is different. High grades doesn't strongly correlate with workplace success just like high IQ doest equate to high grades, well only about 10-15% does. Academic transcript is just 1 part, but it doesn't say anything about what the student was going through i.e. heath. loss, money
