Hmm, I like the graphics, but I don't think I'm going to download this. I already downloaded the Genesis game on Virtual Console. Why didn't they use the Sega CD's music? why change the sound effects? And I'm not really liking Jim's voice in this. These are definitely some minor annoyances that might make me reconsider downloading this....
I was playing Earth Worm Jim before I graduated High School. I graduated High School in 1993 and never touched a video game console again until PS2 came out. So I'm trying to figure out who screwed up the chronology of Earth Worm Jim games. Crapa'Pedia and Internet Movie Dumb Base says that the game came out in 1994. Obviously, both sites are where ANYBODY can long in and post info. So somebody either copied wrong info, or it's the same person posting info. Part 1 was out before 1994.
Close, but no cigar. Looks passable enough, but the PC version will apparently remain superior. Why did they redo all the music? Why did they change all the voices? Andy's Asteroids moves way too fast. Are there going to be more levels from Earthworm Jim Special Edition?

It's an HD remake you idiot, of course things are going to be redone. Your complaints just ring loudly of a screaming troll with worthless opinions and unnecessary questions. I've never seen Andy Asteroids look so difficult to play.
great idea, bad execution... original game, amazingly after 13 years, still has better graphics, better gameplay and better sound.

Looks great to me. And i think that animations and sound are ok. Maybe even better than Snes version of the game..
