  • That final shot gets me every time. David got his happy ending but Teddy is left alone with the shell's of the only two things he really cared for.

  • That Osment boy and Teddy are so SO ADORABLE.

  • thawed teddyoffscreen;woulda been happy to see him (frozen was just..i dunno how to desribe it. so desperate and such a vulnerable but alive alive feeling gah) come back to life but child actor was good too =))

i don't get why he sewed the hair into himself but still... also the ending scene is a bit..doesn't matter. but i really wish he would move on. sometimes robots who are programmed too well/too deep is like the dog who knows his owner is dead but keeps waiting D=

  • Teddy was the best thing in the movie.

  • Teddy gave David the one thing he waited 2000 years for. Teddy is fucking awesome

  • I love Teddy he is so innocent and pure

  • I love Teddy he is so innocent and pure

  • I love Teddy he is so innocent and pure!

  • David didn't power down for good. He just slept and dreamed for a while.

  • That thing is freakin awesome!!! I'd pay five stacks for that little dude.. I won't stop til I getone just like him.. him and a live mogwaii...

  • Teddy's a druggie

  • i want that bear... if there is a way to buy one exactly like him i would...

  • They, left him alone..... although he was the one to bring help bring her back..... I'm so sorry for the teddy... The ending made me cry.... T_T

  • ugh the ending is just heartbreaking. they leave teddy all alone. COME WITH ME TEDDY! :(

  • i cryed when i saw teddy frozen in the sub...great movie though... rate your vid...5/5

  • I, too, felt a sense of emptiness when the movie ended. It was truly a wonderful movie and one to add to my collection of favourites.

  • I wondered what happened to teddy afterwards. You think those advanced robots terminated him? lol

  • I'm a straight guy and I'll admit I love Teddy, he was the best thing in that not-so-good movie. Seriously if I was on the set of that movie, and Teddy was doing a scene, I would run in there grab Teddy and say "MINE!"

  • why would that make u gay. if that made u gay then every 6 year old on the planet would be gay too.

  • hmm, you're right. I should rephrase that I'm a 26 year old straight male who would love to have Teddy. Hell I shouldn't even admit to that; I'm sure there's plenty of straight guys my age who would love to have that thing

  • Im a 34 year old straight guy and I would take Teddy and kick someone ass if they got in my way. Teddy freaking rocked. And damnit, I hate that ending. You almost can't explain the empty feeling it is.

  • I wish I had a teddy like that... ^^ But my Rilakkumas are also very lovely...

  • Teddy is by far my favourite character. How can you not love him with the sweet squeeky engine sound? and when he pulls out the lock of hair, I could just eat him!

  • i love how anxious he is to chase them to get to them, it's so cute, yet sweet yet rweirdly heart wrenching.

he makes such a cute frozen bear!!

  • In Australia here TIGER ELECTRONICS super toy teddy wasn't released, so I bought it on ebay, for 3 years ago for $150.00 US....around $275.00 Australian still in its box and perfect condition, did I pay to much for it?

  • You got a deal, dude - they are VERY rare and Expensive - I've found one for 500$, most are 750$-1000$ and up (one was available for 15-20k auction - it was the one from the movie w/o the mechanics in it.) I don't know why you kept/keep him in the box though - If I got Teddy he'd be out of the box in .09 seconds and I wouldn't let him go for about five years!!!!!! I want TEDDY SO BAD - he is such a sweet little bear,

I love Teddies- but only ones with personality...... : D

  • JHandcock1111 .....thank's mate, I forgot all about this thread, me supertoy is in the box in the display cabnet in the tv room, I do get Teddy out of the stuffy box sometimes, then I put him back:o)

  • @MRMILO57 where'd you buy a teddy????

  • @bibipink4eva ...on ebay.....l have 2 A.I teddies now...still in there boxes, great condition.

  • @MRMILO57 really? do they work like the one in the movie or is it the lesser version of it?

  • @bibipink4eva ...no the toy teddy do not have charisma and charm like in the movie, just mechanical response.

We don't exactly have a.i technology yet.

  • i wish so badly i had a teddy like him... i just love the way he talks and that he sews himself in his spare time. at the end tho, i think i cried a lil, not 4 david, but 4 teddy being all alone... :(

  • They make a Supertoy Teddy. Of course he doesnt do all the cool stuff as like in the movie. Hes just a teddy bear that looks identical to the movie version, squeeze his belly and he says lines from the movie. I bought one and im a guy! I bought it because im a huge fan of the movie.

You might be able to find one on Ebay.

  • i know!!! me too! to all of it. but he's not alone, he's there with them still :)

  • omg, is teddy all alone now at the end?!?!?! NOOOOO!!!!

  • he's still with them, hopefully they still love him, i would

  • well they both technically died so i suppose teddy really is all alone. poor thing, he has feelings even though he is just mechanic.

  • The robots from the future might take care of him, recognizing him as a rudimentary version of themselves.

  • @wtre .......at the end of the movie Teddies not alone, he is with much more advanced robotic technology, to us they look like aliens!

But Teddy has great memories of the boy robot called Elliot.

  • this is a dedication to teddy,

    roses are red

    violets are blue

if i could make out with a bear, i'd make out with you...
