Wow! I'm a huge fan so how in the world have I never heard this song?? I LOVE it!! I can't believe this isn't on an album either. Her voice never fails to amaze me. I remember seeing her in concert years ago & being blown away when she sang an opera piece for her encore. I knew I loved her voice & that she was talented but didn't know to what extent until I heard her do that. This song hit me the same way. Beautiful!

I VERY much agree with this... I bought her new country CD because it's her and I love her... But I really miss these old days. Her songs used to rock my soul like no other. Now they're just "nice". :( :( :(

@Sitdogboy i think what people are saying is that for a while she tapped into the pop market and her raw voice and the beauty of just her and her acoustic on stage is so hard to find.... that soulfulness left with Joplin and no one has really seen it again since Jewel
