I would like the complete difference between a 7 string guitar and a six string guitar with the style of playing. not only that there is one string extra but the feeling of the neck the difference.
I'am going to play with some of my friends into a band. The bassist loves to play upon 5 string basses and all his basses are 5 strings.
Then my question will be: is it easier and will it sound better when I will be playing a seven stringed guitar.

I think he hit it once, at the very end of the song...
Even though he didn't make full use of the low end, it's still nice to know that, even on seven strings, the high end isn't sacrificed.

Its a nice solo, but not a seven string solo, as unless I'm blind, you didn't even touch the 7th string :/

I play an Ibanez 7 string, it´s a bit different to play because of the neck, but one day training and it works...
i love to drop the deep string one step to have a dropped A.
