The thing that gets me about Adam is everyone says, "oh but he's so creative". No he's not. Yes he changes up every song, but he changes each song to sound exactly like the last one. That's not creativity, that's copping out. I too used to be a fan, but now I'm Danny all the way.

it's not logical to think that it's Adam's fault that *some* of his fans bash other contestants. If you want to see ignorance and hatred, just see what *some* of Danny's fans post about Adam! Man I couldn't agree more. the only reason adam is popular is because of his high, long pitch and over-the-top emo actions on stage. but you can't much connect. unlike with danny, who establishes a connection with the audience and viewers through his being natural. he delivers freat performances without trying too hard. and yes, his voice is just awesome! that masculine, firm voice is just WOW!!!

Danny would have to warm up like mad and still strain to sing the stuff that Adam can do perfectly comfortably sitting in a chair.
Adam could sing any song Danny has done all year just as well if not better, but Danny could not hope to pull off any song that Adam has done this entire season anywhere close to as well as Adam has, because his vocal technique is far superior to that of Danny's.
Danny has chest voice, Adam has a near perfect chest and head vocal blend...its just not a competition.

Look at past seasons. This is BY FAR the best top four American Idol has EVER had. Honestly, I can't choose a favorite right now. Any of these four could win and I would be perfectly fine. Saying that Adam is just better in every way (Which is basically what you're saying) is crazy.
Adam's technique isn't just superior to Danny's; I think Adam has a PERFECT vocal technique, but in the actual singing department, Danny's got it in the bag. High notes don't necessarily make you the better singer and I really think Adam is only so highly respected because of his spectacular high notes. If he had the same vocal range as Danny, he'd have gone a long time ago. But he doesn't, and he utilises that difference almost flawlessly, which is why he's still in the competition.
What Adam needs to do is sing a little bit more conservatively. If he and Danny sung in the same range for a week with Adam's technique, he would still be on pitch with a more relaxed tone than Danny, because he doesn't really have a vocal break, where as Danny definitely does, like 99.999% of singers.

it's not logical to think that it's Adam's fault that *some* of his fans bash other contestants. If you want to see ignorance and hatred, just see what *some* of Danny's fans post about Adam! I certainly don't sit around thinking that it's Danny's fault (see cdowns120). It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they both can sing, just VERY different styles. Adam's been in Ten Commandments, Brigadoon, Wicked, so he's very versatile, regardless of what the haters say. Good luck to both!

Man I couldn't agree more. the only reason adam is popular is because of his high, long pitch and over-the-top emo actions on stage. but you can't much connect. unlike with danny, who establishes a connection with the audience and viewers through his being natural. he delivers freat performances without trying too hard. and yes, his voice is just awesome! that masculine, firm voice is just WOW!!!

Danny would have to warm up like mad and still strain to sing the stuff that Adam can do perfectly comfortably sitting in a chair.
Adam could sing any song Danny has done all year just as well if not better, but Danny could not hope to pull off any song that Adam has done this entire season anywhere close to as well as Adam has, because his vocal technique is far superior to that of Danny's.
Danny has chest voice, Adam has a near perfect chest and head vocal blend...its just not a competition.

Adam's technique isn't just superior to Danny's; I think Adam has a PERFECT vocal technique, but in the actual singing department, Danny's got it in the bag. High notes don't necessarily make you the better singer and I really think Adam is only so highly respected because of his spectacular high notes. If he had the same vocal range as Danny, he'd have gone a long time ago. But he doesn't, and he utilises that difference almost flawlessly, which is why he's still in the competition.

What Adam needs to do is sing a little bit more conservatively. If he and Danny sung in the same range for a week with Adam's technique, he would still be on pitch with a more relaxed tone than Danny, because he doesn't really have a vocal break, where as Danny definitely does, like 99.999% of singers.
