I think the "slow start" some people are saying is just something A7X does. They do it on multiple songs, and have said they like the chills it can give someone when it finally kicks in. Personally, I like it, the slow build up, but not on every song. So far this album seems like it is going to be absolutely amazing. Does sound a bit like Metallica at points, but who doesn't like Metallica anyway? :)

@meir123 i havent been following A7X as long as you have, i basically grew off of their self titled album. then i basically bought all their other albums in reverse order. i loved city of evil and waking the fallen was amazing, it was definitly a different listen than the white album but i still loved it. i like sounding the 7th trumpet, but not as mcuh as the others. i never really got into that xtreme punk rock that they first started at. but i wouldnt say its pure crap. i like it a lot
