@mjscortes Okay, some deaf people can hear the beat or enough of the music to follow along with a hearing aid. Secondly, many dances are used with a count (I.E. 5,6,7,8....1,2,3,4, and 5,6,7,8....) So, if you cannot hear at all, someone can nod their head to you to let you know the music started, and from there you just do all your moves from counting it out. It's not fake. People can be pretty resourceful....
