I mean school we can go anywhere like private even if its within the foster families means. Community is essential.

Good question! Depending on the current situation (Time/survival). For instance if a youth is faced with an adverse life exp. They will send them to a treatmet residential facility. There we can either graduate the program by demonstrating our ability to be "civilized" or we remain. But generally yes, All foster youth go to public schools :) I graduated from an alternative school, initially did two years of public.
