That's awesome, what program do you use for that?

Photoshop to individual edit each frame with the glow, and then Vegas Video to recombine them and edit audio.

This is really rough, btw, because I didn't have the patience to edit every single frame perfectly and I half-assed it. Same with the audio and sound effects - this was really more a "proof of concept" project than anything.
