Windows 7 on HP TouchSmart PC

the only 2 issues ive had with this computer is it doesnt always know which way to orient the screen & has to be done manually sometimes. & it is verry sensative to magnetic waves... if your a dj keep it far from you amps or they will cause havoc with your touchscreen. oh.. & if you are using an external monitor the landscape button flips both screens which can be a nusance changing from pc to tablet.

I'm excited they are going to release Windows 7 now. First thing I do when I get my HP Touchsmart is to get the Windows 7 Upgrade Kit for free from HP.

Yea, they set a regulation though. If you bought your pc after June-26-2009. you'll get your free upgrade.

1. What type of touchsmart computer is that? (Iq500, Iq 506, Iq800?)

2. If we load the windows 7 beta onto a touchsmart computer, will it get an upgrade to multi-touch rather than the single touch?

This is the IQ500 and if Windows7 Final releases it will be fully compatible with HP Touchsmart IQ500 series and IQ800 series.
