I have a question, what's the difference that allows Australians to have created water supplies for themselves that work, so all Australians have water, than there is in these regions where the people have not created their own viable water supplies and water routes?
Wasn't it, that the Australian govt created and developed viable water supplies for Australians, but that the govts in these regions have not? What's the difference? What has stopped these other regions from creating their own?
