done it in both legs...once a lad jumped on my back when i was half standing half sitting..second time i like to think i was gonna do some sort of half volley to score an amazing goal lol ;) and my studds got stuck in the ground...wasnt pretty that one. apart from the almost passout pain the worst part is when your ligements are fixing them self...my legs went into a spasm sort of thing it was horrid
I remember when I dislocated my foot it was a wrestling match and I was winning to all the way around then in football practice I broke dislocated my knee and tore my mcl second worst feeling ever especially since I saw them happen but yea I took pics and yes I'm the sick fuck that shows them to friends
I dislocated my knee about 3 months ago, the doctor put it back on its place, and he said it was gonna be a problem in the near future so they had to do surgery on me, i didnt wanted to get surgery on my knee so one of my friends took to me to a masseur and that same day i left my crutches and walk great, now im back playing sports and other activities like i used to before, "word of advised LOOK FOR OTHER CHOICES BEFORE GETTING SOME TYPE OF SURGERY" after getting surgery ur never the same again
@JayR2i . All 3 times I dislocated, the knee cap went back into place immediately. The first time I did it, it went misdiagnosed. I was back playing football within 2 or 3 weeks. I played awile w/o problems when it happened again. I went through a whole regimen with an immobilizer etc and didnt have another dislocation for 7 months. after the third one there was no choice: replace mpfl. Once you dislocate, you prob wil againl at some point and surgery helps prevent future dislocations
Tore my acl playing football. It was supposed to be about a 6 month recovery after surgery. I ended up being back in pads in 4. Still made it college level. You have to work your ass off though. You have to trust your knee and running and getting hit on it, trust me. I spent half of my senior season hesitating on running the ball, and then got over it and was just as good as before I tore my acl. Always makes me cringe seeing knee injuries. Well, injuries in general. Hope I helped somebody
I dislocated mine in a wrestling practice. The worst pain iv ever felt. But they poped it back in the emergency room and I had to wrestle the next day. I'm afraid its going to pop back out
@a7xrocks4ever i have also popped my knee out twice and i am only 13 it wasnt fun the first time was during a wresaling match and they popped it back in the ER the second time was on a trampoline i feel your pain lucky for u can still wresle i cant no more but its good to know u still can
@BostonBruinsRule101 Shit man hope you have a good recovery. Haven't had to have surgery yet but i hear it's not that bad and they usually have ya walking the next few days or so.
@XxRiseAgainstxX13 Its not something to take lightly......I dislocated 3 times in 9 months and had surgery...as with any surgery there is gonna be pain but Idk what kind you are talking about when you say walking within a few days. I was on crutches for 5 weeks and the first two were zero weight bearing followed by 3 weeks of partial weight bearing. I had mpfl reconstruction fyi (if that helps).
@rsn071 Could you tell me how it is the post surgery period i'm gonna have surgery in a few weeks to my ACL ( Anterior cruciate ligament ) i basicly twisted my knee so bad it cut off my ligament, is it as unberable as they say it?
@asneirinhaportugal I can't really tell you what to expect because I didnt tear my ACL. I tore my MPFL. What I can say is that there will be pain, however do not get yourself worked up. The pain meds they give you are usually strong narcotics. If you stay up on pain meds the first few days/weeks you will be fine. Other than that its just do what the physical therapist and doctors tell you to do. Best of Luck.
@rsn071 Well thank you then anyway :) And i've already got the med situation sorted, i usually get many injuries ( ppl allways tackle me for some reason ), but i'm just afraid it may not do anything and i'll get en even worst injury i've had this kneee situation for a while ( 18 months ) my doctor wanted to believe in the lie that phisical therapy would do it, and a couple of weeks ago i fucked it again anyway thanks for the info
@XxRiseAgainstxX13 actually im getting the surgery next week and i will be on crutches for 8 weeks followed by an 8 month rehabilitation with no sport. whoever informed you of that is an idiot.. and you should consider seeing a specialist depending on what country ur from they will tell u wat u shud do in regards to surgery and that sort of stuff...
