takes me back to a small nightclub seeing him perform this in front of about 10 people. This sounds different to the version on the original album. Still good
i searched for 12 years to find this record. i don't care what anyone says...this track just moves me in ways i can't explain. it embodies that super sensitive time of adolescence when everything is important, everything is supercharged with emotion...and melodrama is nothing to be embarrassed about. there is no irony here. it's earnest, if slightly uncomfortably so.
What you have written here I have felt about this song for a long time, I heard it the first time back in 1989, when I was 19; and I dont remember feeling so alive and so free in that particular way ever since..Gian Mauro
I agree. I finally found it on CD and grabbed it faster than I had ever moved in my life... in Waterloo Records in Austin 2003. Up till then I had had a cassette of the LP a classmate made me in 1985 - still have it!
I know what you talking about exactly... I searched this for a long time but I have it for a couple of years now. Two albuns and specially this music that I used to listen on a very old tape. It is one of my favorite songs ever, for the reasons you mentioned. I´m glad to find someone that feels the same, even it can be slightly uncomfortable as you say, but I really don´t care... It was wonderful to read those words... Cheers

For more than 20 years one of my favorites is Dream/Dominion from RF&TP.
Why not on CD?
So.. I digitalized it myself 10 years ago, some day I will upload.

I like this version, a little more dreamy than the LP version.
Thanks for posting it. Pagan Day and We Love the Moon are special tracks of this album too. Find it!
