How happy we are to see that Cecil has finally met his new Mom and that he got to go to his new home today too.. It looks like a match made in heaven.
OMG!!! I am so happy Cecil has found a new home!!! Did he get his operation yet or will he be soon? Oh his mommy is exactly what all doggies hope they will have for a mommy. Lots of hugs and kisses. This really made my day. Thank you Cathy for giving all the love Cecil could ever want or hope for.
