So what if this is cheesy, or hammy? (Ham & Cheese! :P)

I think that's what gives this show its charm. I mean, how is it not awesome to have two characters in enormous robots duking it out with nigh superhuman abilities, with the fate of Humanity hanging in the balance?

To add to the drama, it's a former Master and Apprentice - who have known each other like family, and the only one ever able to defeat the (titled) Undefeated being the Hero.

It has a sort of charm to it.

wing zero > burning gundam, lazer cannons vs fists. it's as simple as putting a swordsmen against a gunman :-/ the technology between the two gundams is just more advanced during the Wing era. not to mention theres the zero system.

They are focusing their very life force into their attacks and just being the piloting a robot. There are warriors encased in armor of steel and circuitry. This is difference between Gundam Wing and G Gundam.

There is a reason why the Burning Gundam is always better than Zero in every game both of them are in.

@ptbwf NO it isn't. Wing zero was always better in games... to add up to that, Wing zero is always depowered in games. It's gundanium alloy doesn't apply, same goes to zero system, the beam saber is aometimes red instead of green, and worse they made it shoot out pellets and small fireballs instead of the actual Fat laser just to balance it. its normal shot is suppose to be good enough as a hyper combo... and even after those series of down grades, Zero still plays better than God gundam.

I can name dozens where the GOD gundam lives up to its name and so does ZERO. LOL

Play Super Robot Wars or SD Gundam G Generation(although Zero does do a lot better in G generation than in SRW), God Gundam is THE unit in any Super Robot Taisen game and Zero is damn near unusable, in G Generation God Gundam's attacks are WAY cheaper to use and either just as powerful or a little weaker.

In Gundam Battle Assault God Gundam is the best in the game, hands down

@ptbwf In terms of Attack and speed . Burning Gundam is amazing , but in terms of long range and other stats Wing Zero is pretty high up there. If you look at the newer Games that have them in Like Dynasty warriors Gundam 3 .
