when you do that does it show up clear in the game because when i did it; it was blurry but i did it in paint so is it just paint that messed everything up?

Yes paint is a very basic programme it should be a lot clearer using photoshop. Also make sure you don't re-shape the picture too much, that could also cause it to become pixelated and blurry.

Not really, once you've installed The Sims2, it comes with The Sims2: Body Shop. Which is the programme im using here, along with Adobe Photoshop.

you can choose beetween lot of clothes there but when i open it and want to look what tshirt i want to design there is just one. and you have more...why you have more and i just one ?

Hmm. Not sure why your getting that, whatever items are in your game should show up on the Body Shop software. Try re-loading Body Shop see if that does anything.
