They are both big posh gits..cambridge alumni. Who cares. they are funny. But trust me they sound posh. If they don't sound posh to you, you must be the queen or something...in which case awfully nice to see you here m'aaam...
Of course they're funny - Peep Show in my opinion is one of the few recent triumphs of British comedy. Perhaps to you the lack of a regional dialect sounds civilized, and as such you're amazed to hear it coming from a Brit - but it is by no means posh.
