The M5 has an electronic limited slip rear diff, with aluminum fins all around it to cool the diff. The fins are followed by a plastic tunnel that leads into and exits out of a rear diffuser, which this car doesn't have, because it has a standard rear diff. The car also has no hood bulge. It's just what Mercedes dealers call a "Persian conversion", damn Arabs putting fake body kits and AMG badges on their V6 lower-end models. This is the same case.
