I've played the Cross Gate version, not Concerto. But basically, the only way to level up quick is the team up with a bunch of people (same level) and start grinding. The only reason to have a high level in the team is for them to bring noobs to learn new skills from quests.
As far as I can remember this game requires you to kill monsters which have similar level to you so you can obtain maximum EXP. I guess the level difference between you and the monster must be very big in this video.
you know the reason you got 1 exp was proabbly because you were injured (died once) when you die and you dont go pay a doc to heal you, you will always get like 1 exp

I think you got one exp because you damage very little to the monster.. exp is based on dmg.. so the mage should get alot of exp

Nah, we were all completly healthy and everyone got it :) We think its because theres such a huge level difference between us and the enemy
