Who says theese lights are "flares" or "skydivers"? IF that would be true I would be even more alarmed since the light dont show any sign off being affected by gravity or wind conditions...!? What I dont understand though is the absence of observations through binoculars...a flare or a skydiver whould easily be identifed through a binocular.
