  • that's a bit odd. i wonder what the real story here is. i would have thought that their 'boss' wouldn't agree with the arrest, considering the high risk of the fans becoming angry and possibly causing a riot. doesn't make sense to me.

  • fuck the police!

  • Fucking pigs.

  • funny how the cops werent wearing police uniforms

    ironic really

  • @sxstratno1elses That's cause he took their uniform! ;)

  • Oh come on how pathetic, you'd think Australian police officers would have better things to do than arrest someone for wearing a police shirt! It was absolutely harmless and they arrest him for it?! Love the expression on Jake's face when they take him away.

  • Really what the fuck?

Bluejuce are fucking awesome and Jake gets fucking arrested for wearing a NSW cop shirt. I'm glad someone in the crowd, yayforbluejuice it seems filmed this. The cops are placed in concert crowds to deter any violence but instead they arrest the lead singer of the band. Although I do feel sorry for the cops as well, they were probably just following orders, and the first cop didn't look like he wanted to be doing it, but really WTF???

  • lol @ when he turns around and sees the copper

  • to my friend who filmed this... that is absolutely epic! sweet timing. props to jake

  • why couldnt the cop wait till after the song?

  • Stupid cops don't even know the law. Sub section 6 of section 203 of the Police Act (1990) states:

    (6) Without limiting subsection (5), a person is not guilty of an offence under subsection (1) if the person wore or was in possession of the police uniform for the purposes of a public entertainment.

  • ... yes, but subsection (5) says that he needs the approval of the Commissioner of Police before doing so. That's what 'without limiting' means. He can do it for public entertainment, as long as he has approval, or as 203(5)(c) says, a 'reasonable excuse'.

    Why didn't you mention this?

  • test

  • yeah? thats sick

  • HA! HA...HA AAAAHAHAHA!

That is fucking hilarious! The cop drops the mic and Jake just picks it back up and keeps singing. This cop is on film forever now as an advertisment for narrow minded, fascism. This is exactly whats wrong with a society where freedom of speech is overided by laws that are just fucking stupid.

Use your fucking brain, He's playing a gig.

He's not hurting anyone. He doesn't have a gun. So hey lets arrest him?!!

  • In Aus we don't have freedom of speech as we have no REAL rights stated in our constitution. Oh, but how do we get around that? IMPLIED rights! Yep... just make them up on the spot and set precedents because you think that you can sort of work in an implication somewhere through backward reasoning... damn hippies... I WANT TOTALITARIANISM! roarimadragon

  • What? what the fuck are you on about rackscrack? You're part of the problem. A fuckwit that completely overcomplicates things for no reason, 'implication through backward reasoning?' Yeh thats it hey. Right on! Dickhead.

  • What are you so butthurt about?

What I said supports what you said, by pointing out how stupid the current constitution and current laws/law making systems in Australia are. Then I followed that up with sarcasm, which you obviously didn't realise...

  • Very well, I apologse to you sir.

  • In the words of Rage Against the Machine: FUCK THE POLICE.

  • Wasn't that NWA?

  • Yeahhh, it was a cover, i just like Rage better.

    Haha.

  • Ahaha what a publicity stunt! Matyr the band members and they gain popularity

  • I FILMED THIS!

  • the crowd should of started a fucking riot

  • Instant respect! Bluejuice are fucking in heaven!

Looks like the cop that arrested him needed a shirt

  • wait...i missed why he was arrested...i really did

  • i dont get it, he didnt do anything wrong...

  • he wore a nsw police shirt. Apparently its an offence.

  • That is a waste of resources.

It doesn't even matter, and it was a benefit concert too.

Not some random gig. It's ridiculous they arrested him.

Why did they let him on stage in the first place?

  • well done australian police. really make making us feel proud.

  • another dangerous crim behind bars! thank you boys in blue!

  • If Jake was trying to impersonate a police officer, he wasn't doing a very good job as he clearly did not appear to be a cunt.

  • haha I'm so glad someone recorded this- fuckin eejots!

  • Fuck police are pathetic! Lets arrest the singer cause he is heaps trying to be a cop! fuck off! what a waste of resources, I have fucking junkies smashing bus shelters nearly every weekend near my house and nop a cop to seen, have a singer who is clearly not a cop trying to do a gig for aid relief and what happens? three stupid ass cops go on a power trip and fuck everything!

In the words of N.W.A i'd like to say Fuck Da Police!!

  • Parrot hey... You cant even spell the word you well educated fuck face. I bet all the money in the world that you are a cop yourself and thats why you felt the need to leave such comments. Child rape victim?? who brings that shit? your obviously a very insecure person and your taking it out on a faceless victim who deep down you know is right. Sorry pig boy your going to have to try a little harder than that to make me cry.. In more words from N.W.A... how bout I make you my Bitch!

  • LOL GO N.W.A AND FUCK YOU BAD SPELLER

  • What was he arrested for?

if it was for the shirt then i'm glad

we know how to allocate our undercover

police resources properly, i feel safer now.

he was clearly trying to impersonate a cop.

  • LOL brutal xD

  • first
