  • @vaereon i agree 100 percent!!! an argument over music is a rediculous argument!!! if u dont like it dont listen to it...to each their own

  • nice

  • I fucking like this

  • holy shit this is amazing!

  • where is this image from?

  • hd black metal

  • this is pretty mindfucking, but i think i prefer wolves in the throne room!

  • Why do people INSIST on labeling music? Do you like it? Great! No? Oh well. Get over yourselves, music genres have been blurred by constantly being mixed with each other and therefore some music is just MUSIC and impossible to label.

  • @vaereon People get so upset about Black Metal though is because the original Black Metal movement had more to do with their view that christianity destroyed their country. They had a strong stance that the ancient nordic man was perfect and that christianity destroyed their country and culture and the music was a representation of the sheer terror they wished to invoke over. Brooklyn and Cascadian black metal are very much all about the music, but Varg was not. Either way I love it all!

  • It's incredible how they make this sound so wonderfull while any other band that would try to copy this would probably make it sound like chaos.

  • This song is Basehed.

  • wow this is fucking amazing

  • I think they are missing the primal hatred/ aggression element of BM, they are good at what they do but it's the prog wankery parts at times that throws their momentum off for me.

  • @lurkerofvalis I don't think they are missing that at all. What they are missing for sure is the intentional lo-fi quality that so many bm bands seem to think that augments their music somehow when it actually degrades it.

  • gay

  • i like them more than a lot.

  • Reminds me of Volahn a bit

  • @kaf68820 yeah

  • Strangely this reminds me of Little Big Planet. Good.

  • Was it hard to get the Demon to sing in to the mic?

  • AWESOME!

  • holy shit! i like this band

  • Krallice is amazing! Does anyone know what that picture is of the graveyard and the tanks? It would make a great wallpaper.

  • @jtgilmore13 i think you can figure that out for yourself its what they would have wanted

  • @fuckamerica109 I didn't realize that the art was affiliated with the band. I assumed it was an unrelated piece of art put in by the uploader, but if i'm wrong i'm wrong.

  • Wow, perfectly worked out black Metal. I really enjoy this! GREAT!

  • i dunno. i happen to enjoy the vocals and music. not to mention this has better sound quality than about 100% of most other black metal groups, so i say that just that gets it points.

And really? i don't understand how this sounds anything near wistful or child-like.

  • I don't consider it black metal but I love it

  • sum1 explain to me why this is so great? :D

    love this song

  • @bringkali My thoughts exactly!

  • @bringkali haha i like this opnion

  • @bringkali why is this a bad thing? it isn't kvlt enough for you? I think its great because of the reasons you listed, along with the fact that this band isn't just particularly trying to be 'black metal,' but is trying to be just music.

  • @Kaslaka Couldn't help noticing you're a Nazi fuck. Kinda puts your opinions in perspective, seeing as your kind has been stamped out like weeds wherever it crops up. I hope when you're older you will regret this period in your life. In the meantime, fuck you forever, you shame on mankind.

  • this song suffers from the crappiness of its vocalist

i quite like the rest of it

  • @Fujaskanerv fuck that mick barr rules

  • @billnoceros apparently not

  • does anyone know where this artwork is from?

  • @billnoceros I think it's from Jane Evershed she's a prominent lesbian and gay artist out of the Minneapolis area. My mom gets her art on all of her checks in her checkbooks it's very metal.

  • @Gershburgerer Hahahaha that's fucking hilarious.

  • ukrainian painter...cant remember the name.

  • @dickeydunn555 well whoever it was. they kick ass!

  • Comment removed

  • @billnoceros It would be some guy named Yevgeni Kazantsev

  • @schink24 thx

  • @bumzurvaj - What are you talking about man? I don't see you being an elitists ass, but I also see no correlation between the three genres you named and this song...

  • Some of theese melodies realy sound emo/pop punk influenced - you cant really deny that, even the vocals are suspiciously screamo esque. Iff you like that sort of thing, thats fine - but to me this is the black metal equivalent of teenage girl crying in the bathroom angst rock. Note that im not trying to be an elitist ass, just stating my opinion.

  • @bumzurvaj

SO I take it you listen to emo/pop punk? Go jack off to Creed you fucktard.

  • black metal is commercial?

  • ...yes...

  • This song is pretty monotonous, but I like it for some reason.

  • I tend to listen to a lot of punk music, and on almost every punk song on youtube, the comments are full of douchebags arguing over stupid shit instead of just enjoying the music. I come here and what do I find?

    SAME FUCKING THING.

  • I take it you're new to youtube??

  • Of course this isn't black metal. It lacks some of the major elements: hilarious butt-satan lyrics, make-up, and fuzzy production in order to conceal the lack of musicianship.

  • Making fun of commercial black metal sure makes you look cool.

  • >Commercial black netal.

You sure you listen to BM?

  • how are low production values, musical dissonance, clown make up, and an overall tongue-in-cheek' style at all commercial? Had it ever occurred to you that perhaps this is why black metal isn't hogging up the billboards in every major city?

  • @PeterAnderson - Yeah but you see, fans of BM still enjoy listening to it. Personally, I couldn't care less if they decide to wear corpsepaint to show there ideologies or have an apparant disability to play their instruments, I still enjoy what they produce and I respect them for doing so.

  • you clearly have not heard any of their other songs or know the first thing about their musical background

  • Just poking some fun. Easy there, black metal tiger.

  • 5.50 - 6.30 \m/

  • only the trvest and brvthellest post here

    \m/ hail satan \m/

  • @dfadchoco US black metal... try Liturgy on for size. And get back to me.

  • agree

  • I think you're wrong. Black metal, as well as any other form of music, has expanded its range and diversity. Burzum, Darkthrone, Mayhem, Leviathan, Immortal...all of these bands are amazing in their own way. I think bands like Krallice and Wolves In The Throne Room take it to another level with atmosphere and turn songs into fucking tales in a different way! At least these guys arent wearing corpse paint, I mean, cmon, their american!

Gorgoroth wil always have my heart though

  • Can anyone take seriously an individual that listens to black metal but lives in a warm climate, or area that gets nice weather?

  • @n1ckelcity why is that so bad that someone gets slightly nicer weather? im from jersey and listen to black metal. its either somewhat nice, or really fucking cold. Its snowing easily over 1 1/2 feet right now. yea sure, i dont get black metal faggot.

  • your a fucking retard.

  • excellent point

  • wow

  • its great and I consider it black metal

  • @MarvinMonroe just because you "consider it" black metal doesn't magically make it black metal. tit's obvious that this is just post-rock with a little nu-progishness in the mix. so at least call it what it is.Now Ace Ventura is gonna come up to you and go "OF COURSE! How selfish of me. Let's do alllll the thiiings YOU wanna do."

  • @ventilatedzygote just because you don't consider it black metal doesn't magically make it not black metal. But yeah it is progressive

  • @MarvinMonroe wow dick you just turned what i said around. NO SHIT. if i don't consider a team of varsity football players having an orgy in the locker room to be black metal, does that mean i'm just projecting my desires onto the world? no, i would be right in my distinction between the two. it's basically the same concept here. the black metal that is just a flavor for your totally underground indie is not the true black metal.

  • @ventilatedzygote jesus who gives a shit anyways. besides, where did I ever say its "true black metal"?

  • @ilovesoda and only bands that sound like burzum and mayhem are allowed to be called black metal?

but I agree, I doesn't sound like those guys - thats why I like them!

  • in some ways this is better than mayhem. and in a lot of other ways it is better than burzum

  • @fuckamerica109

and in every way differant from mayhem and burzum....

  • yeah more cookie cutter bands is exactly what black metal needs.

  • that's not what I meant at all, and I'm sorry if my comment came of in a jerk like way.

The thing is just, I'm having a hard time enjoying this band, because I know alot of it's listeners are those kind of people who "normally don't like black metal at all". And I can just imagine this guy wearing a home made sweater and big 4 sided glasses listening to neutral milk hotel with his friends, and then being like "oh guise i found dis new cool band, it called krallis adn dey play bLaCk MeTulZ!!!1"

  • Heh....that last sentence could have been me :) Nice music for music, and not exclusively metal, lovers.

  • Well, that's true, and I listen to different kinds of music myself. I guess the thing that pissed me off were a few posters dissing Mayhem and Burzum. Krallice would not exist in it's current form if it wasn't for the early pioneers :3

  • Guess we agree. Mayhem is great.

  • HA! That's Me!

but who cares? I grew up listening to carcass and emperor- don't i have enough metal points? Is it so bad if the indie-homos start liking this stuff? Is there a height-requirement for this ride?

  • i would've guessed more cookie-monster vocals.. : (

  • colin marston is a genious!

  • @clarkshapedbox i meant genius lol

  • I kind of like genious!.

  • cool.......it is very unique and stylistically differing from any other band.... pretty amazing stuff

  • Wow I kinda felt some energy things happening there.

  • shreds on the highest level of shredding

  • i heard of Krallice from a friend who is a Mick Barr fan, i must admit, im not diasppointed at all, very cool music. Kind of has a Negura Bunget sound to some extent, except more techy

  • By far, one of the most gifted black metal-influenced bands in America right now.

  • Assemble the sacrifice and drip the offering through cracks in the earth.

  • Amazing band, so unique

  • who did that artwork?

    its amazing

  • Yevgeni Kazantsev.
