Hi! I got this pedal (used) and i don't know where is the trimpot's factory setting... it's difficult to adjust this trimpot.. Could you help me?

This is user adjustable and set at Sweet Sound by Ear. Somewhere between 11 and 12 o'clock will get you where it was likely set.
