God this guy is a douche. He is one reason why people didn't take Katrina seriously. Most of the time, NHC is accurate on the track of hurricanes, and they were near PERFECT at forecasting the track of Ivan. I do not put down the Hurricane Center, they do a great job. No, they aren't always right because no meteorologist is right 100% of the time.

this is a reason why so many people didnt take katrina as serious as they should have. we had so many threats that never did much damage or the track would shift

I drove for Yello Cab in Birmingham to pay for class...I picked up a customer who insisted to be returned to Pensacola I told him the price he paid CASH and we arrived RIGHT AFTER Ivan Hit his house was a mess...

It was a VERY INTERESTING day....

I was going to school in Pensacola at the time, and working at the University library then. The school was closed for three weeks. I was out of school and a job for 3 weeks. I was such a bum.
