Would you please just use one camera angle on this. Your video presentation style is very distracting. It gives you the appearance of trying for Mtv, it isnt. Mtv isnt Mtv anymore. The viewers eyes are constantly shifing and the implied motion is working against you. Towards the end, where you are more static and on the left of screen worked well and was framed nicely. Maybe let the camera shift come in when you are shifting topics You are allowed to have a cut last longer then 3 seconds.
