Chads gap is about 120-130 wich is pretty huge much bigger than (most of) the jumps you find in any park

Now it seems like chad´s gap isnt´t that big after all.. If u compare it for example the jump JP Solberg (among others) hits in Neverland , it looks like Bjorn is crawling on this one.

Pyramid is the same type of gap only 90 feet and Chads is 115 feet or something around that legnth. Check out Leviathan which is 150 feet (also in the same area as Pyramid and Chads)

Depends on where you build the jump, when i looked a picture it read 115ft and like a few inches. But in this they built the jump closer than normal, i think i heard in this it measured like 98 feet.
