@everlastcro guess it depends on what you prefer. for me i decided to go for the acoustic one cuz almost half of the prize you pay for the CE is for the electronics. and i'm sure i won't be turning it on that often..

so go for the acoustic one- you can't do anything wrong with it ;>

great playing, im going to buy a guitar similar to yours, but its 2 model ahed i believe, its the fender cd140 sce, i have alredy try it on a music store, and i also tryed the cd60 and it sounded amazing for its price, but id rather pay 60 ou 70 euros more and get the 140sce, it has a solid spruce top, so it has a littles more sustain, anyways,. great guitar, great guitar playng, keep rockin ;)

I can see that you have a "capo" on the guitar in this video. I wonder if the Fender CD60 got a flat or curved fingerboard. I've been looking for a Shubb-capo and wonder if I should buy one for flat(nylon) or one who is curved.

i have a question about the neck, is it too thick? cuz i have small hands and kind of short fingers and i want to get it for christmas. everything else seems absolutely perfect, but i dont know anythin about the neck yet. will it be hard for me cuz i have small hands and short fingers?

@caservazlub maybe it's just a little ( and "maybe", you "should" have some problems with your fingers.)...but you have to try it first! i've got big hands, so i have not problems...t

@caservazlub I have that guitar, it was my first acoustic guitar, its quite good, and plays really well, the neck is not to thick but its not to small either, so you should be able to play it and it would also be good for you too practice and strech your hand and fingers.. you will get usted to hit quickly, if you practice of course, and then almost any guitar will fell good in your hands, so its a matter of practicing and comitment :)

@caservazlub Actually it isn't too thick. I just go the guitar a few days ago(Although mine is a Fender CD60-CE, The same guitar, but a cutaway electro-acoustic version.) It's a great guitar, I recommend it to you.

this guitar is a very good guitar but it´s true with the strings... buy elixir strings :D

@forever4luvf4 That's from the strings. For example, if your guitar(any guitar, not just a CD-60) hasn't been sold for a long time (staying on a shelf in the store), the strings become rigid, and can break more easily when tuning.

@jiri1991 just got it, the low E string sound kinda weird. idk. Doesn't sound to good for me. the other strings work just fine. sometimes gives me the buzz too

for the string buzz, try adjusting the neck (make the neck straight with the truss rod). for the E-string idk, ask someone who knows about this stuff to look at it. could be the top nut isn't filed out properly, which was the case with my guitar. GL

no, as soon as I took it out of the box I noticed the top nut wasn't too good. So they gave me another one, and that one is still fine, although it's hard work playing on it. I consider buying a martin...

When i start playing acoustic guitar from my classic/spanish, then it just sound wrong, but it's about how hard you press down the strings,You have to press them down hard to get a good sound, I also play a Fender CD 60.

@uh18475 Save some money and buy Art & Lutherie. It's much better and it's made in Canada. These new Fenders and Yamahas are made in China so they sucks. And Art & Lutherie sounds much better than any other acoustic guitar. It's cheap but quality is very good.
