My Demo for Dell Inspiron 1520 (UMSKAL)

Dells are okay im on a dell inspiron 15R now, but it, well it sucks. Speed wise it's impressive. but it freezes whenever i try to open or save something in a WinXP based program. Im getting a refurbished macbook pro on ebay for $565 sometime within the next 3 months. I wasted $645 on this dell. unbelievable.

the dell inspirion 1520 have bad hinges because my one broke 2 days ago and i have only had it for a month or so they are such ripoffs im gonna buy a new fucking xps 1630 cause the i 1520 sux

i have the inspiron 1525 and the hinges r fine the only problem i had with them is one time part of the plastic came of because my mum stood on it but i put it back in after and it worked fine i didnt have to send it to be repaired or take it to the shops.

i've had mine for 2 years. my sister and grandma bought the 1525 and they've both f'ed up and has had to be sent off. 1520>1525, 1525 is even made of cheaper material

Actually your quite wrong. There is indeed a 1520 Which also had the option of a DDR2 8600 GT video card. The 1525 Is the AMD processor/ATI video card alternative.

yeah well my dad was a floor manager at the plant in austin for a while, and he knows exactly what they are, they are a bunch of budget off the shelf parts that any moron could put together for way cheaper. you can get way better parts at fry's and still have a cheaper machine. and yes i've had dells and i was so put off by the build quality that i switched, and i haven't looked back. i'd use anything over a dell.

I just ordered the 1520. Should have it in 3 weeks. What a lot of sites and this video don't show are the other 3 designs. The "Commotion" that's black with bubbles, the "Street" that's black with white racing stripes and the one I'm getting, the "Blossom" that is a purplish red with a darker flower design on one side. I'm hyped. This will be my first notebook. Never saw the need for one before. Now that business is picking up, I need my computing to go mobile.

Yeah with Vista you need like 2gb to have it run nice and smooth or atleast 1.5, I just went with 3.

The colors aren't really named like that:

Silver White is actually Alpine White.

Deep Yellow is actually Sunny Yellow.

Skin Brown is actually Expresso Brown.

Neon Red is actually Ruby Red.

LOL , STUPID VIDEO! the pros to this laptop is all in performance. the bulky look, ugly finsih, and weight are all factors that turn people away from this laptop. looks like my old laptop my high school gave out to every kid. one big block of metal w/ color.
