How long did it you to progress from 3 plates to 4 plates?
It took me about 1 year to go from 2 plates to 3 plates.

Cool. Looking to hit 4 plates for 5 reps this year. I use the same style as you, with focus on tris rather than pecs.
That's huge, good effort mate. is that a 50lb weight or more?
