This lady had the guts to get up and speak to council even though she was nervous. We has her friends are not embarressed at all by her .We feel she did a good job she is standing up for something she feels strongly about. Others may not care, but should not assume her behavior is anything other then nervousness.
I have allowed this comment because I feel that it is a fair comment. I have also been in contact with someone who expressed that this women was upset by this video. I am not going to take the video down because it was a public speech in a public forum. I have removed any speculative comments about her condition to be fair. The video is what it is. I can say that I did not witness any of the snickering that she is claiming happened prior to her speaking.
For all the arm chair lawyers in the crowd. This women spoke at Town Council in an open and public forum. The audio was aired live and is available on the Towns website. There are no rules against taping these meetings which I have been doing for quite some time. This is how this women presented herself. Her behavior opens to many interpretations. I realize that her behavior is embarrassing to some, especially her friends however this is a public meeting and she wiling chose to speak in public.
