On a scale from one to ten, what would you rate the difficulty?

I like the idea though. Lego should actually make puzzle sets where you have to make the models in the bag. I'm constantly losing lego pieces of my small models, but with it in the bag, I'd say it's almost impossible. And it wouldn't matter how much you broke the model apart, you wouldn't lose them. If you eventually wanted to sell it on the web, you could still say it was in its original packaging and yet you've build it. Awesome

@SpiderSock If you manage to fold the sticker sheet along the edge of the sticker, then I think it could be removed from the sheet. Applying them afterwards is just a matter of precision and patience.

Maybe it is easier when the bag has those tiny holes. Then you could use a few needles to manipulate the sticker. It would be still difficult, but certainly not impossible.

If I ever get such a small unopened LEGO set, I will have to try :)

I tried doing this and when I opened the plastic case I realized that the pieces aren't even in a bag they are just in the plastic box thing. I used set 8119 which is very similar to yours.

Reseal in another LEGO looking bag

I don't believe Lego sells this particular set anymore, only a new range of similar cars. You'd have to check ebay or bricklink for this set in particular.
