@WeedChat do you even know where i'm from? ..free health care is very standard in my country, and have been for about 80 years. like our educations, which also includes acedemic studies. and btw, our unemployment rate (6,1%) is way lower than your 8,1%. but, it would also be quite ridiculous to assume that a person like you could have his declarations made emphatically.
@WeedChat *claps* I'm impressed on the fact that you couldn't read it correctly. Did I once say anything negative about rap? No. All I was saying was that I COULD say the same about it if I wanted to. But I didn't. In fact, I got a lot of hip-hop and rap CD's+LPs. So unless no one can read in context these days, my point is clear as day.
@WeedChat It's not satanic. It's not shit. And there's no point in comparing rap to post punk. I'm not going all at you like others, but don't come in here calling this a waste. I could easily say the same thing to your preferred genre. Music in general is art, and we need to all pay respect to the greats.
I love this one too ... I love all of them in fact... now I can give a face to Ian Curtis .. I thought that he was very strong, hairless, about 30 years old, and in fact i see a very young boy, who was a genius, 23 years old, unbealivable, the music is pure, the lyrics are perfect, the scenes used, the images, so in advance for their time, the 70's to the 80's there were some genius, like him, but he's dead, that makes a legend of him.
if joy division and voice of Ian and his lyrics don't get to you, then you have no soul. he was a rare REAL tortured soul and kept giving until he couldn't anymore. i have loved this band since i could think for myself, timeless.
does anyone else here see this video all the time when looking for Atmosphere(the rap group)? i always see it but never have clicked on it, and its a good song. Wierd though. If you havent heard of the rap group atmosphere, i strongly reccomend checkin them out
@WeedChat dude this is Joy Division alternative really talented pre punk band rap has nothing to do with Joy Division or Britian for that matter dont get me wrong i love alternative, punk, rap, ska, metal rock ect but dontbring in an entirely dfferent genre on here and proclaim it to be better then another because as i saw down there you cause conflict somethings are better not said.
I REMEMBER SEEING JOY DIVISION REHEARSE IN A LOCAL SCHOOL(WYTHENSHAWE MANCHESTER) BACK IN 79,DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THEM TILL MANY YEARS LATER.WE CAN REMEMBER THEM BUT NEVER RECREATE THEM
It is af if his voice is affected by the medication he was taking. I always think about that it was all in the time of second if not first generation psy med.. Science still was pretty clueless unfortunately about the major mental health challenges like epilepsy, clinical depression, schizoprenia and so forth. Even with the obvious difficulty he still found his voice to express his art, I truly admire that....He's a beacon 2 any1 with physical or mental health problems aspiring art
@zia4reel sorry to rain on your parade, but no psychological medication would force you to sing of key. if overprescribed, they might make one a bit mushmouthed and slow in their speech. true, however, that the kinds of meds at the time were only barley understood and often did as much damage as aid. still today, things like xanax are given out like aspirin to people who exhibit signs of anxiety, but can be highly addictive and even deadly when given to people prone to depression.
@maxamilionare could you even call it a part? I don't know about you but I was shitty....I mean yeah he filmed for mindfield but that and stay gold were all he's been doing for the past 7 YEARS and then he has like 4 new tricks in stay gold? psshh....
