I'm not sure if you can make the dances. I've seen a lot of these videos and while there are different characters, stages and costumes, in some videos the moves are exactly the same for a given song.
From what I understand you play the part of a manager that hires the singers, buys the clothes and accessories, gives motivational talks and chooses the songs.
actually theres training sessions and during the auditions *singing portions* you have to improve their vocals, dance, and looks, while also having the ability to make them remember memories with you *which means that in a way its like your dating them* the training sessions are supposedly really intresting *seen pictures* :D
