it works alot better in 3rd person view, i have a stealth class just for this and i change to 3rd person, cause in third person if ur looking towards the ground while your tapping Y or A your head goes into the ground so your head isnt up, without 3rd person you would b looking at the ground :P, sneaky sneaky

So what I like to do, is throw a smoke grenade infront of the enemies, run in the middle of the smoke, and start playing dead. They usually throw in flashes / stuns and nades, but with blast shield on it won't show up as a hitmarker. So they will think that you're most likely dead. It's very helpful trust me.
