Incredibly, I came across these guys while doing a search for Gilbert O'Sullivan on Spotify! I heard that track, then found the whole album. Yes, it is a Rutle like work of genius, that is sadly unknown. It may well have its day though if enough people spread the word!

There are some really good tracks on it but Curries involvement really sets it up a few notches. And bloke who hates del amitri has obviously never heard much of it. Currie is a rare talent and although he would be first to call his music 'mainstream' the quality of his vocals, his thoughtful and intelligent lyrics and his vitriol certainly make him a giant amongst his devoted admirers. If only more people got to listen ti him.
