I don't have kids so education cuts are okay with me. Anyway the state is past the point of no return with a current $30 BILLION deficit. It's going to run out of cash in a few weeks. The state can't even borrow any money because nobody wants to buy Calif. junk bonds. If I had a kid I would tell him NOT to go to college. In 4 years there aren't going to be a lot of jobs but there will be a lot of collection agencies going after student loan debt.
