Dude do you know why the fuck the PC versions sucks this much?

I totally LOVED the Demo for the general feeling on my PS3 and downloaded it on the PC to see how it looks..well, as i said it sucks.

It has almost no graphic options to play with and it misses all the good light, wind etc. effects you have on the PS3. Why did they ruin the game this much? Look at the Mount Garda demo both on PS3 and PC here on YT, it's really different!
