Steve Cornell was with wicked lester and credited on the kiss albums,4 a few (and this) song he later was lead guitarist for a band called'LOVER' mid to late 70's playing the clubs in n.y.c like Max's Kansas City. i was one of their roadies.i remember all the gold silver a platinm records he had on the walls in his flat.really cool.
does anybody know how many versions of the demo vinyl there are? i just got a copy with 16 songs, but saw other copies with more/less. thanks in advance for any info!
Gene stole it from the record company. They didn'y know it was in their vaults. Gene & Paul snatched it up because they felt it wasn't up to snuff. It's also has more tracks on it than a Symphony.
@tlando Ummmm...... Ron LeeJack i'm pretty sure, there was another lead guitarist involved early on, but it was LeeJack that got them a good reception at Epic
It got to the final review stage twice, Epic said no and it lanquished in the vaults until '76 or '77, Epic was gonna cash in on the Kiss gravy train, then the kiss corp bought it.
Gene sings this song in his "pop" voice (see "Great Expectations," "A World without Heroes," "You're all That I Want" and most of his first solo album).
