Instead of posting opinions, lets all try posting what we know -for once- because no matter what we think or feel someone's going to think or feel differently... And they'll start an argument... and say fruitless, immature things.

I saw this band cover Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and that's when I knew....this band just doesn't know how to be authentic. As much as they want to think they're part of that same grass-roots punk/garage/hardcore legacy, they just aren't - probably won't ever be.

I just see another commercial attempt at trying to appeal to those Christian kids who wear pre-ripped jeans and put blond streaks in their hair and who say "bro" too much....the ones who try to hard to be cool.

He had told her to never do them, and as soon as she started He told her to stop. He didn't just "start." And just because God said something to her didn't make her feel "alive" and "reborn." Whether God talks to you or not has nothing to do with how you feel. Now, if she did something to come back to the full relationship with Christ (repentance, forsaking of sin.. etc.), then she would've felt renewed.
