nice video! the beat is fire! The way to put it in Song mode is through patterns and scenes! I didn't get to post any beats yet due to having the time but hold scenes and click one of the 16 pads to start and while holding click the ending point. this sets the song mode

i been in a debat as to weather get the mpc 2500

i mean i already have the maschine but it's been tricky the first time i messed with the mpc 2500 at guitar center i actually made decent beat the first time around.the manual that comes with mascine isn't the best,

2.what program do you use if any to aid in sampling i use audicity my self to convert audio to wave format then set it as an icon on my desktop to sample once i open up a session on maschine

I record music right off my soundcard. I got my sound running out from my digi 002 rack into a mixer and back into the line 1 &2 inputs on my digi 002 rack. I like the akai over the maschine for one reason now. I still havnet figured out how to put this thing into song mode. the mpc was easy to use when it came to this.
