    Im 15 about 6 foot 2

    I weigh about 175 pounds, but im not fat im well built and do sports.

    I have a 4 pack at the moment, my strongest abs are my top two abs, my middle abs are quite weak and i want to make them more pronounced will this help?

  • @LatinGamerps3 same problem except im 6ft and 187lbs 16. i do alot of crunches so my top 2 abs are strong,the next 2 are visible but nowhere near as strong.i think uve gotta do lower ab excercises and that brings the middle ones out aswell as the lower.

  • Stop doing sit ups and get off your fat bums and run for gods sakes running will do more than 1200 sit ups.Push ups are very good for abs though.

  • err day yes err day "oh no ur muscles wont have time to heal" pussy shit, pussy shit, eventually you get to a point where do this shit for hours and dont stop till ur on the floor rolling around in agony for a few mins. do that regularly, your body will get used to it.  I DO NOT get soar, EVER. just faster stronger and more animal like. you will get soar at the start but it WILL go away if done right.

    im talkin fighting muscles, if u want bulk go somewhere else.

  • @skier4life420 thats not how it works, when you work out you break down your muscles and they need to recover to get stronger

  • @AaronWDFP but i do this myself. so it is how it works. because i do it every day lol. what u say is supposed to be right, but on top of that, you adapt. if your body has no recovery time it adapts to that, and recovers daily. trust me mang :P. it wont work that way untill you force your body to work that way.

    and no Letgoofmylighter, never touched steroids, never will.  U have adrenaline in your body already u dont need to inject fake shit, just pull out more of ur own urself.

  • well yeah it would work but im not sure how much fat it would actually burn, you need to do cardio and stuff to loose fat quicker

  • you can do your abs everyday if you wish... but the reason this isnt performed everyday is because its a big ab workout. and your abs will need a day to recover atleast

  • not everyday because if you do it everyday the muscles that you worked wont have proper time to rebuild themselves so to speek
