  • @JikalnFamous If you are using a spring compressor like I used in the video, the spring will become loose and easy to turn when it is compressed enough for removal or installation,

  • how do i know if the spring is fully compressed and ready to be bolted in?

  • Hey the guy about the civic ex you can use stock struts you'll just go through them faster that's all. I bought tein s tech with kyb agx struts

  • Generally no need to adjust the alignment.

  • so when you install new springs you dont have to mess with alignment right?

  • @yiyo556x45 My guess is that you can do lowering springs without replacing the struts on your Civic, but I would try some of the popular Civic forums to be sure.

  • Hello, I'm just beginning to learn about lowering springs, and I would like to know, if I could drop the height of my 00 Honda civic sedan ex with lowering springs, without having to change my stock struts?

  • They installed my Maxspeed springs at a shop and I think they did it wrong cause the put the big whidder smaller springs in the back with the labeling upside down. Then they put the thinner longer springs in the front.. So the back of my car is lower of a drop than the front. What do u think?

  • @ionslicer No idea why only one sat down. Maybe try to loosen everything up and try again or drive it around with everything tightened up and see if it will settle.

  • Only one of my corners sat down to the correct height. Any ideas on what i did wrong?

  • @zmelli: I have NF (normal feel) 210 on the Versa. They are pretty common for the Versa. Do they have the NF series for the Corolla? Maybe ask Tanabe USA directly?

  • Linear Springs? How did you find those? I would like to find aftermarket stiffer Linear springs for my Corolla. Tanabe makes a GF210 for my model but it may be hard to find out if they are Linear.

  • do u really needa take off the window shield whipper?

  • @victortsui123 If you want to take the Cowl Top cover completely off the car, yes you need to take it off. You may be able to take the cover loose and get to the rear bolt. I followed the Factory Service manual.

  • @victortsui123 You do, most modern Nissans have the third strut top nut hidden under the wiper scuttle.

  • nice vid man..very helpful

  • good video bro
