Great job guys, thanks for always being there for us here at Farmageddon Records. In regards to a post below about you reaching out to check on your customers, that's crazy! Keep up the great work, and by the way, our new Riley 6/4 rules, and so do you guys!
@johntammyphelps. When you have a company this big or any company at all, not one of them is perfect. sure your going to get slip ups here and there. but there customer satisfaction to me is 100% everytime I deal wit them. I never had a problem with them. they helped me get off the ground. Too bad you focus on the bad more then the good. Give em a break. your loss dude. keep it up Ryonet. I thank you all for helping me when I needed it.
@jesussavedmylife7906 Thanks for backing us up, @johntammyphelps had some valid concerns, we're making it better and worked it out! Thank you both for posting! Ryan
some day ill have a really cool company ..that also is a dance party, but for now ill be just a dude in a friend of mines basement working crazy hard hahaha
After posting my 2 coments I just recieved a call from Ryan and would like to say thanks at least for the follow up, sorry if I was short with you but had been 6 weeks, but thank you for your time in calling me today it does help...
Yes they are a bomb, thats my whole point, with as big as they are you would think they of all people would have better customer support... all they care about is making money,, when was the last time they called you and asked how things are going, and is there anything they can do for you...
@johntammyphelps John, I totally remember talking to you at the show, I couldn't find the notes in my ipad anywhere but did look for them and looked through our show info but couldn't find that info in there either. I know you said you were not happy that no one followed up with you to see how things were going, let me apologize. We have a great staff that strives very hard to help customers when they call in and need help. We are also working on programs to out call as well. ~ Ryan
@johntammyphelps I am a business owner as well, and I can tell that there are times when the amount of work you have is more than you can actually handle. I found Ryonet about 7 months ago, and I'll say this much, every attempt I have made to contact them regarding support was awesome, they have always taken the time out to work with me if I had a question. I see what you're saying, but how realistic or business like would it really be for a company to call you on the phone to see how things are
cool video / to bad there spending that much money on a video instead of spending it on customer support / met Ryan at the last trade show mentioned to him how I felt about service. Took my name and number Oct 1 , 6 weeks ago still not heard from him.. Quess he's to busy with SHOW BIZ.... Really to bad thought that he would have done better....
@johntammyphelps Our team actually pulled together and shot this video for a shoe string budget, it was TON of fun and I think everyone did a great job making a little bit go a long ways, it was a great experience and I think everyone who was involved with it would say the same, good team effort! I was thinking this morning I actually want marketing to put a budget number this, it wasn't much though. Ryan
A classic in the making. I very much appreciated the homage to the mass dance scene in thriller. Or maybe I just wanted it to be a Thriller reference.
Thanks to everyone who helped make this video! Brandon & Cobb for producing the music and concept, Nick Hagen for directing, editing, and filming, Gordon and Alan for shooting and doing graphics, Shawn for getting everyone on the same page, Heather for press, Don for printing costumes. Ashley, Leanna, & Niki for help on shoot, Greco for flying out, Maxwell for acting, Eric and his team for the custom exposure units used, & the 50+ folks who came and helped with filming, makeup, & cleanup ~ Ryan
