  • Total bullshit. Linclon had zero fucking chance of beating Douglas, since the legislature voted, not the people. IF Lincoln wanted to win something - Douglas was the LAST fucking guy he should run against.

    Lincoln gut reaction to KN Act and then Dred Scott was anger -- and this idiot should know that. Dred Scott meant that slavery was inevitable all across the US..

    Thats why Lincoln got involved- to stop the spread of slavery.

    And Damn if he didnt stop it.
