  • Beginners: be careful with pylometric athletic movements. You need to have a solid athletic base to perform them: coordination, balance, agility, physically fit ect...

    I've seen numerous bosu ball knee popping, ankle twisting, bone breaking accidents happen from non - athletic weekend warriors at the gym attempting such movements.

    Fitness is a gradual developmental journey. Be careful!
