I honestly think that both performances were great and I don't see any difference between one and the other, the only thing that makes us believe that VMA Performance was terrible is the fact that the camera man is such an idiot for not recording the parts where she actually moves good and just do a closed caption when she's not moving so we can't see her dancing. Anyway I think the performance in 2007 was really great!! I loved it
it's definitely the high heels and the stretch costume, you can add a little fear because it was her first performance in years, in addition she was not at her best personally... now they still dressing Britney very stretch, Britney's team have to see that she's not a girl anymore, her body has changed and they dont need to dress her like a prostitute, look at the rehearsals of the femme fatale tour, she looks amazing and she's in pants or in the Toxic number with that kimono she looks hot!

Is it me or does her dancing in both clips have no difference whatsoever? Anyway, that definately is her rehearsing, everyone knows she was a little unhinged at that time, she wore all kinds of weird outfits out, including to rehearsals, in fact, it shouldn't even be suprising at all. But I have to say she should have worn the cropped shirt and jeans while performing, if she did, it wouldn't have been such a disaster.

Al Final del Circus Tour uso una rubia y se veía espectacular, además hubiese dado mucho de que hablar] Y por supuesto un traje mas acorde. En el Onyx Hotel ella subió mucho de peso [más que en este performance] y aún asi bailaba espectacular, pero los trajes disimulaban más, si hubiese ido de Cuero. Is it me or does her dancing in both clips have no difference whatsoever? Anyway, that definately is her rehearsing, everyone knows she was a little unhinged at that time, she wore all kinds of weird outfits out, including to rehearsals, in fact, it shouldn't even be suprising at all. But I have to say she should have worn the cropped shirt and jeans while performing, if she did, it wouldn't have been such a disaster.

any real Britney fan, which I am, can CLEARLY TELL that was her in rehearsals, aside from the obvious which is HER BODY, the dance moves were hit in the same manner as the vma show, the resemblence in her face is also CLEAR even though the quality of the video is so poor. Brit is not the Brit she was 10 yrs ago, she hasnt been since her very much public breakdown, with that said I still LOVE her! Stop hatin cause she can bank doin this shit live or lipping, dancing sharp or lazy. SHE SUCCEEDS!!!

that can't possibly be britney, she looks much more thiner and toned than Britney at the time, and if I'm not mistaken the extensions that Britney used, she didn't have them earlier in the day, they were put together in a hurry before the show because she washed her head or something and couldn't wear the kim vo wig or something she was supposed to wear that day.

@sofiafatalle What an awful excuse, you can't use "SHE WAS CRAZY BACK THEN" for everything. It's ignorant to use her mental illness as an excuse for everything. Especially for wearing a fucking hat and pair of sunglasses. She clearly didn't rehearse (which is more than apparent in her actual performance) and they got a stand in to give hope to fans waiting with bated breath back then and quell the rumours she was out all night. I am a huge Britney fan but I'm not a deluded one.

This IS her, and I always say this time and time again:
The REASON why she looks so 'off' was because of her busted weave and that terrible outfit. IT WAS TO TIGHT, so it made her body look larger than it really was.
She should have just worn what she wore in the rehersal :]
I bet that if she wore a more flattering outfit, the press would not have been so hard on her.
I love the performance though, it is hot, and she isn't TRYING to be stunning ^.^

I loved the performance people forgot she had two kids back 2 back and that would involve sleepless nights she dIdn't have her usual energy from prebaby days But i think she did well in both butshe looked betterin rehersals. she was not fat like everyone said but she still had her baby weight but with them jeans on and that top she looked a dress size smaller than in the performance but if she went on stage dress like the rehersals she would have been ripped anyway can't win can she. poor brit

Al Final del Circus Tour uso una rubia y se veía espectacular, además hubiese dado mucho de que hablar] Y por supuesto un traje mas acorde. En el Onyx Hotel ella subió mucho de peso [más que en este performance] y aún asi bailaba espectacular, pero los trajes disimulaban más, si hubiese ido de Cuero. Perfecto - Pero Yo confieso que a mi me gusto este performance. Fue muy soberbio

rehearsals are better, britney was not doing very good anyway but the performance wouldn't have been sooo criticized if MTV had done better camera angles, they made cameras at the bottom angle to britnye to make her look even fatter, notice iin the rehearsal video she looked thin, well she was wearing more clothes but also her midriff looked thinner, because the camera angle was very good. hear of cameras taking 10 pounds off? thats what im talking about. mtv was very devious that night lol
