Yes, but I do not think that Russia needs WTO. Especially not today. After 16 years of Russian appliance WTO has been rejecting Russia. However this was good since the global mafia which created the present global economic crisis has managed to damage almost all WTO member countries. If Russia were member of WTO the damage of the present crisis on Russia would be greater. I do not think that Russia needs FREE trade. I think Russia needs FAIR trade. And it shall have it.
