A good idea, and we'd usually add as much light interaction as possible. However, looking at the actors standing in the reference takes, it seems that shadows from arm-height are so softened by the overcast day, that a ground shadow would hardly be noticeable. A reflection in the wet cement would be fun, too.
the problem is that I'm using 3ds max.. and I'm making a stretching bone and apply a skin modifier to a mesh with this bone, some vertexes are weighted... and when I'm stretching the bone the weighted vertexes are going in the opposite direction.
i would have just used an rubber arm with the hand attached to the pole - and then shot it backwards - as the car got far enough away from the pole the arm would have snapped off and towards the cab
it would have looked a little more ropey - but hey i could have shot it all in a lazy afternoon - can I make the next film for you - I am cheap!
That would probably work well if the effect were broken into several shots. The problem here is they wanted to see the reeeeach, the grab, the swinging around the pole, and the release all in one shot. I love using backwards footage, though.
Man this should like be on G4 or something, I bet they would buy into it. It already aired on Attack of the Show to show how funny it was. Get Capcom to License the characters and you got a show. I love it so far.
Can you create a raindrop falling from the sky. And can you make the raindrop transform into a phone? Remember that there's going to be more then one raindrop falling...
how much ram memory i need to make that kind of things?? I have 2gb... sometimes I feel slowly my pc... I can't have mac... I live in Uruguay and it's to much expensive...

What program do you use too track the camera?
aleksdirector 1 year ago
We use SynthEyes. It's fast, cheap, and solves shots other programs can't.

in what software did you make the rigging?

Any way to fix this?
